Working in partnership with horses, our team at Pepper Ridge offers a variety of corporate and professional workshops. Our leadership workshops are creative, dynamic, and different from conventional approaches. As prey animals, horses are sensitive and extremely intuitive with distinct attitudes and personalities. Our horses, in cooperation with trained facilitators, offer a unique opportunity to experience new ways of thinking and communicating. We use interactive equine activities to facilitate personal growth and enhance professional success in the areas of leadership, team building and conflict resolution. No prior knowledge or experience with horses is necessary. Workshops are offered for two to four hours as discrete workshops or conjointly.
Our workshops have been used by a variety of companies and organizations ranging from corporate groups spending the day engaged in leadership and team building activities to a group of youth counselors learning how horses can be used to resolve conflict. We can accommodate up to fifteen participants. Call or text Darlene for more details and pricing at 248.634.3560 or email email@example.com.

Bring a group of four to ten youth to engage in activities with horses that help to build self confidence and self esteem. Horses live in the moment and don’t judge and because of this make excellent partners for youth as they develop a positive self image. Youth complete tasks with horses which teach problem solving, recognition of feelings and emotions, and a sense of accomplishment. Horse and youth bond to form a fun and fulfilling friendship. Our horses, in cooperation with trained facilitators, offer a unique opportunity to experience new ways of thinking and communicating and to build confidence. Sessions generally last approximately two hours.
This program is great for school groups, youth groups and homeschoolers. Gather a group of adults and bring them out to Pepper Ridge for an enjoyable “friends’ night out” to do something different by doing fun activities utilizing horses. A trained facilitator will guide participants and horses through a variety of obstacle challenges and other horse activities in a friendly competitive fashion. Though “fun” is the main goal for this experience, we are sure you will take away some knowledge about horses. No prior knowledge or experience with horses is necessary. Bring your own snacks and beverages and relax in The Loft overlooking the horse arena afterwards.
